We will start with a Food Therapy Consultation and take the time to understand your personal food and nutrition journey, exploring any challenges and how they impact your well-being. After booking your consult, a Pre-Consultation Form will be emailed out to you, so you can fill it in prior to your first consult with Joana. Plus you can send Joana any relevant test results.

This includes meal suggestions, recipes, shopping lists, and meal-prepping recommendations.
