The First Blueprint of Balance

3-Day Food Therapy Meal Plan for Energy & Digestion

My journey to creating a meal plan

When I first had the idea for My Own True Balance, I knew it wasn’t going to be about quick fixes or yet another wellness trend. It was about something much deeper: helping people reconnect with themselves through food.

For years, I’ve been talking about balance — balance between modern science and ancient wisdom, balance between energy and rest, balance on and off the plate. But until now, I hadn’t created something that could serve as a practical blueprint for anyone, anywhere, to experience that balance for themselves.

That’s what this first Rebalance — 3 Day Meal Plan represents.

The Slow Rise

I’ll be honest: this didn’t happen overnight. Being a solopreneur is like being the entire orchestra and the conductor at the same time. You dream, you design, you test, you write, you edit, you second-guess, and then you start over again.

There were weeks where I stared at blank pages, unsure how to translate Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) principles into something approachable. There were moments where I doubted whether anyone even wanted a meal plan that looked beyond calories and macros.

But every time I connected with my community, the message was clear: we need this.

Why This Meal Plan

This plan was born from a simple question I kept hearing:
“What should I eat when I feel off-balance?”

I wanted to give people something accessible. Not a restrictive detox. Not a flashy cleanse. But a gentle reset — three days of nourishing meals that align digestion, energy, and mood, while honoring both Western nutrition and TCM food therapy.

It’s the exact kind of plan I wish I had years ago, when I was recovering from burnout, anemia, and amenorrhea. Back then, I didn’t need another “diet.” I needed guidance that respected my body’s signals, something rooted in both wisdom and evidence.

Behind the Scenes

There’s so much invisible work that goes into even a “simple” three-day plan. Recipe testing, shopping lists, prep notes, making sure ingredients are accessible for different lifestyles. Then there’s the design, the flow of the ebook, the tone of my words.

At one point, I realized I had essentially created an entire framework that could scale into many more plans in the future — seasonal resets, specific imbalances, tailored blueprints. This first plan became more than just a product. It became the seed for everything I want My Own True Balance to grow into.

What Comes Next

This ebook is just the beginning. It’s a first invitation into the Balance Seekers community, a taste of what it means to approach food not just as fuel, but as medicine.

And for me, it’s also a milestone. Proof that the dreamy random thoughts, the doubts, and the slow rise are worth it. Proof that you can create something of real value as long as you stay aligned with your mission and vision.

If you download the plan, my hope is that you’ll feel it too — that first subtle shift in digestion, energy, and clarity.

Because balance isn’t about perfection; it’s about listening, adjusting, and coming home to yourself.

This ebook marks the beginning of something bigger — a way to bring Food Therapy into everyday life, in a form that feels simple, accessible, and deeply supportive.

Consider it an invitation — from me to you — to reset, restore, and return to balance.
