Identity 3.0 - Embracing the new version of You
One of the most refreshing things you can experience as a human being is when you can have a new look in life. Sometimes with the same mission and vision — to follow your purpose, but now with more intention.
As we step into new chapters, it’s natural to adjust and redefine what truly serves us.
I’ve recently embraced what I call 𝐈𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝟑.𝟎 — a deep reflection and update of my personal design that truly reflects my evolving values, dreams, and skills — a natural and sustainable evolution of who I am.
I’ve made this commitment: embracing my scientific mind while also nurturing my intuitive and explorer spirit. I’m seeking wisdom from real people, immersing myself in rich cultures, and acquiring valuable insights you simply won’t find in books or from AI.

This new phase of my life was profoundly shaped by a personal health crisis. For years, I had done everything “right.” I chased health through various diets — Paleo, Vegan, Macrobiotic, Keto — but something always felt off. Until my period stopped. Until burnout hit me like a wall. Doctors offered prescriptions but no clarity. I didn’t want to simply manage symptoms; I wanted to feel whole, balanced.
That’s when I discovered Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), and especially, TCM Food Therapy. Within six months, I had naturally restored my menstrual cycle and rebuilt my energy, focus, and mood. No medications, just food as medicine, rooted in ancient wisdom. That transformative experience gave birth to My Own True Balance, driven by the belief that if food therapy could heal me, it could help others too.
My path to this discovery wasn’t linear. Let’s get this out of the way: I used to work at Microsoft. Yes, that Microsoft. I ran global trainings, delivered keynotes, and received awards. During that time, the idea for My Own True Balance was already simmering, but I couldn’t make space for it. And I’m glad, because I wasn’t ready. The years that followed at Microsoft gave me knowledge and clarity I didn’t even know I needed.
Then one day, sitting on my sofa, a fire ignited within me. I had this powerful knowledge that had transformed my health, and I knew I had to share it. It was now or never. I stood up, walked to my laptop, and impulsively, and intuitively, wrote my resignation. Was it bold? Absolutely. But it was also the clearest “yes” my body had ever given me. So, yes, I left Big Tech for boiled herbs and slow-cooked broths. The wildest part? My Microsoft teammates cheered me on, telling me, “The world needs your knowledge out there.”
And that’s exactly what I’m doing now.

Today, I help people reconnect with their bodies through food — not through restriction, but through rhythm; not through fleeting trends, but through a blend of science and tradition.
Let’s be honest — wellness today can feel like a full-time job. There’s always a new diet, a new biohack, a new “must-do” trend. Somewhere along the way, eating became complicated.
At My Own True Balance, I’m choosing a different path. This isn’t about the next “cleanest” cleanse; it’s about returning to something deeper, something timeless. Here, I blend the 2,000-year wisdom of TCM Food Therapy with the best of modern nutritional science. I decode ancient principles into modern, everyday guidance. No fluff. No pressure. Just clarity and rhythm. People learn to decode their own wellness through the lens of energy, digestion, seasons, and balance.
The results are transformational, but also sustainable.
And one thing I can guarantee you: you will be able to carry this knowledge for the rest of your life.
Simply put this is a great mindset to apply on a daily basis.
